Every service is done with attention to detail and your comfort in mind. 💫Be your goddess—your way💫 ✨️FAQs:✨️ ✨️Are appointments required? Appointments are highly encouraged. If you walk in and I am there and available, I will take you as a walk-in. However, this is rare. I work alone at my studio, so I can't guarantee I will be available for walk-ins at any given moment. Also, if no appointment is scheduled and I am finished with all the scheduled appointments that day, I could leave the studio and end my day. Appointments ensure I am available and waiting for your appointment time. ✨️Do you take Male Brazilian Clients? The short answer is that it depends. I don't usually take male clients. I have had issues in the past, so male clients need to have a referral from another client or someone I've known or worked with to be seen for Brazilian Waxes. If you would like a Male Brazilian and don't have a referral, I will judge on a case by case basis, but deposits and appointments with names and phone numbers for male Brazilians are a must. I reserve the right to end the service at any time and the deposit ensures that either the person acts appropriately to not lose their deposit or that I keep the deposit if I need to end the service before the service is completed (I will not ask for the rest of the payment. If the service is ended, please leave). I am truly sorry for the inconvenience, but my polices are my polices for my safety as a solo waxer. ✨️What is the policy for Last Minute Cancelations or No Call/ No Show appointments? I have zero tolerance for No call/No-show appointments. All No show-ers are banned from ever booking another appointment. No exceptions. I do require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel, or you could be charged 50% of your appt. Whether or not you are "confirmed." You booked the appointment, so you are scheduled. Last minute Cancelations depend on the situation. Emergencies are never charged. However, canceling right before your appointment without an emergency is treated as a No call No show. Though, you will have an opportunity to book again, but, you will need to make a deposit to hold your future appointments. A last minute cancelation, without being charged and without putting down a deposit for any new appt, will not be scheduled and will be banned from booking any future appointments.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up, and you may need to cancel. Emerald Wax and Skincare Studio has a 50% cancelation fee if service is within 24 hours. Unconfirmed appointments may be removed from the schedule at least 1 hour before the appointment time, but unconfirmed appointments are still appointments that need to be canceled by the client if the client can't make the appointment. Unconfirmed appointments are still subject to cancelation policy. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Ryann at 9045300994 as soon as possible to reschedule. "No Show" appointments or extremely late cancelations can and will result in the inability to schedule future appointments.
